I am trying to adopt a dog named Shorty, can someone help me get the ball rolling in this process? I have already filed on line app, and need to schedule a home check. Please advise!!

I'm trying to find a grey toy poodle named Rudy. I was told you have him. I would love to adopt him. I was told he's getting fixed next week. Maybe that's why his picture isn't up yet? Please let me know if you have him. Thank you!
