Application and adoption process.

A completed application is required prior to meeting our dogs as they reside in private foster homes. A home check is ALSO required prior to adoption. We do not have a shelter and all services are volunteer provided with our own time and funds.

Our adoption fee's vary depending on the dog and adoption requirements. Minimum is $50 and maximum is $350. Adoption fee includes vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, deworming and flea treatment as well as all vetting. A general breakdown is puppies are $200 to $350, adult dogs are $100 to $250, senior dogs are $50 to $100.

Dogs whom adopters are required to enroll in immediate obedience classes or dogs who will have chronic veterinary needs are often greatly discounted. We will also give you a referral to a trainer who will also give you a discount. Shown below are some of our *Long timers*. Elan

Elan is a beautiful  10 month old German Shepherd mix. She is a sweet girl with a ton of potential and is currently going through training to learn polite behavior as she is a bit of a wild child.

Prior to joining our rescue, Elan and her brother Ivan were kennel dogs and had not been taught much.

They are housebroken and crate trained. Leash trained and learning how to walk nicely. They are also being taught basic commands. She is neither toy nor food driven but works hard for praise and attention.

She gets along well with other dogs. Has not met kitties so we advise against a cat home.

She loves people of all ages but until she has learned not to jump and be mouthy, she would do best in a home with older children. A secure yard with a kiddy pool is a huge plus. She loves playing in water.

Continued in-home training is available and included in her $300 adoption fee.

Ivan

Ivan is a 10 month old German Shepherd Mix. He is a handsome and sweet boy who is currently in training to learn some manners and proper adult dog behavior.

Ivan and his sister, Elan, had spent a majority of their time as kennel dogs so, while sweet and wanting very much to please, they knew very little of what was acceptable. Now he is lerning to walk well on a leash, is crate trained and housebroken.

Ivan gets along great with other dogs. Kitties are most likely a no go. He loves every person he meets. However, until he gets some better manners, he would do best with older kids. (Over 10)

He loves playing in water so a secure yard with a kiddy pool would be great.

Adoption fee is $300 and includes continued in-home training
